Exchange or Return Policy:


We have a customer-friendly return & exchange policy

i. Exchange or return will be accepted for damaged/wrong products only.

ii. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the original condition that you received, unworn and unused, with tags, and secured packaging.

iii. Please follow the below steps to record a single 360, uncut, unpaused parcel opening video immediately on the receival of the parcel. Ensure good lighting conditions to record the video.
DO NOT STOP/PAUSE THE RECORDING WHILE IMPLEMENTING THE FOLLOWING STEPS :
Step 1: Start the video recording.
Step 2: Show the 360° of the parcel along with the “from and to address” on the parcel clearly.
Step 3: CUT/OPEN the parcel cover.
Step 4: Remove the product from the parcel cover.
Step 5: Spread the product by retaining its folds.
Step 6. If any damages are found, point towards them clearly.
Step 7: Stop the video recording.

Note :- TWO Separate Videos will not be considered for the return/exchange process.

iv. If the product that you have received is in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person by mentioning the status of the parcel in the customer acknowledgment sheet given by the courier service. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.
Also, please contact us at the earliest.

v. When you return the product to the courier service, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or through message). In case of a lost shipment, we will need proof of product return.

vi. Refunds would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse.

vii. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Do note that the return shipping cost must be borne by you.

Please note, the below-mentioned conditions are not eligible for return or replacement.
1. Any product that exhibits physical damage.
2. If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging
3. If the product is customized for you
4. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
5. If the product is made to order.
6. Slight thread pull/Kalamkari/hand block products dust and stains.
7. Color variations due to photography.
8. Thread ties/knots(common affair in handloom).
9. Customer likings.
